Wes Martin

Wes has spent the last 20 years involved in a variety of his family-owned businesses, ranging from a medium-sized HVAC business, franchised deli shops, gas stations, and full-service restaurants. During his tenure within the management of these businesses, Wes has been involved personally in multiple purchases and the eventual sale of several of his own businesses

Combining his personal history and extensive transactional experience during the last five years in the business brokerage practice gives Wes a ground-level perspective on his clients’ needs. Wes’ approach to his client relationships revolves around assisting them with their goals in an honest, professional, and confidential manner. Trade relationships include membership in the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) and various chambers of commerce throughout Western Washington.

Charles Morningstar

Charles Morningstar has represented selling companies in seven different business verticals, through the selling and acquisition process to closing. Charles has an entrepreneurial background which includes the founding and development of three separate companies. He started his first company in 1989 while completing his business degree at the University of Puget Sound, and the company was ultimately sold in 2006. Mr. Morningstar’s primary areas of expertise and focus are Manufacturing/Aerospace and Defense, metals fabrication, trades/construction and related material suppliers, agribusiness, and food and beverage.

Chandler Hueckel

Chandler Hueckel is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience spanning banking, SBA acquisition lending, and mergers and acquisitions. A graduate of Western Washington University, Chandler has built a diverse career, spending 15 years in banking where he honed his expertise in financing and strategic growth. In the last 5 years, he has transitioned into the M&A space, leveraging his skills to help businesses navigate complex transitions and growth opportunities. In addition to his career in finance, Chandler is an entrepreneurial spirit. He currently owns two businesses in the South Puget Sound area, where he blends his financial acumen with a hands-on approach to management and innovation. Chandler’s unique combination of corporate experience and entrepreneurial drive give him a broad perspective on business success, making him valuable resource for both startups and established companies looking to expand and evolve.

Cynthia Edwards

Cynthia Edwards is a dedicated Business Broker who brings a strong foundation in outreach and children’s ministry to her work in business acquisitions.  Her background has equipped her with exceptional communication skills, a deep understanding of people, and a commitment to service- all of which translate seamlessly into the brokerage world.  Though new to the industry, Cynthia approaches each client with professionalism, empathy, and integrity, striving to ensure a smooth and thoughtful transition for both buyers and sellers.

Ray Myers

Ray Myers is a dedicated business broker, entrepreneur, and business owner with a passion for helping entrepreneurs maximize value and successfully exit their businesses. In addition to his brokerage work, he operates two companies and actively serves on multiple boards. A sought-after author and speaker, Ray frequently shares his expertise with various organizations. He is a devoted husband of 20 years and father to four children, ages 9 to 14.

George Metos

After achieving degrees in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering, George spent 20 years in software development. He built an environment where 140 technical and creative developers could thrive building software products and eventually merged with a public company. This was his first exposure to working with a business broker.

George has been brokering businesses for ten years, with an emphasis on industrial companies and specialties in towing and automotive recycling companies. Meet Dana P. Cole

With over 29 years of expertise, Dana P. Cole serves as the Designated Broker for Sound Business Brokers of Arizona. After relocating from Stratford, Canada, Dana has been a Tucson resident since 1972, with a transformative stint in New York City in 1980, gaining hands-on experience in high-level retail operations with Lancome Cosmetics.

 

Returning to Tucson in 1985, Dana contributed to the development of Cambric Corporate Center and Cambric Executive Suites, expanding businesses for over 100 entrepreneurs. In 1987, she established her first business, Monas Café, marking the start of six successful ventures. 

 

As the President of the Arizona Association of Business Brokers and a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI), Dana is aligned with over 2,800 professionals in the International Business Brokers Association. Recognized with the “Award of Excellence” in 2000, Dana brings unparalleled expertise to business brokerage transactions and SBA loan packaging.
